Chief Imam and Religious Advisor

Salimullah Alvi is a well-known and respected imam who has served Islam and the Muslim community in Norway for many years. He is a knowledgeable scholar with a strong foundation in Islamic theology and practice, and he has extensive experience in religious leadership and guidance.

Throughout his years of service, he has delivered sermons (khutbah), taught Islamic teachings, officiated marriages, and provided pastoral counseling in family and community matters. He is recognized for his clear communication, dedication to the community, and balanced, wise approach to guidance.

As Chief Imam of ICC Norway, he carries overall religious responsibility, including leading prayers, providing scholarly guidance, and strengthening the religious competence of the congregation.
